To secure your wedding date, a 20% non-refundable booking fee is required. This ensures your date is exclusively reserved for you and covers initial planning and preparation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your ceremony date, or on a date agreed between us. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Get In TouchAs soon as you have a date in mind! Popular dates — especially in spring and autumn — can book up 12+ months ahead. Even if you're planning something smaller or sooner, reach out and I'll let you know my availability.
You'll need to complete a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) at least one month and one day before your ceremony. You'll also need two witnesses aged 18+ on the day. I handle all the paperwork and lodge your documents after the ceremony — it's completely straightforward.
Absolutely! Travel within 50km of Bendigo is included in all packages. Beyond that, a fee of $1 per kilometre applies. For destination or interstate ceremonies, get in touch and we'll work something out.
100% yes, and I love it when couples do! I'll guide you through the process, help you find the right words, and make sure you feel completely confident delivering them on the day. Vow support is included in the Full Experience package.
A Legal-Only ceremony typically runs 10–15 minutes. A Sweet & Simple or Full Experience ceremony is usually 20–35 minutes depending on your inclusions — long enough to feel meaningful, short enough to keep everyone engaged.
Yes! With my Custom package, your chosen person can lead the ceremony while I handle all the legal requirements and make sure everything is compliant. I'll guide them through the process and be there on the day to support them.
